The Timex Group is working diligently with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to address and rectify the detection of solvents in groundwater that have migrated from property leased by Timex from 1947 to 2000 near the Little Rock National Airport.
The solvents do not affect the municipal drinking water, which comes from Lake Maumelle, nor do they affect the soil of any neighboring properties. However, the solvents are found in the deep groundwater under some neighboring residential properties. We are committed to responding to all concerns.
